The Cookie Factory began in 2002 with a simple belief: that good ingredients, proper recipes and real care make a better biscuit. More than twenty years later, that belief still shapes everything we do.
From our factory in Diep River, Cape Town, our master bakers craft each range with stone-ground flour and quality ingredients you can taste in every bite. We bake in small, careful batches — which is exactly why no two of our biscuits ever look quite the same. We think that's the point.
Today we're a proud South African biscuit manufacturer, supplying wholesale and bulk orders to retailers, cafés and convenience stores across the Western Cape and beyond — while still welcoming customers through the doors of our Diep River factory store, where the biscuits come straight off the line.
