Our Story

Since 2002, The Cookie Factory has been baking and crafting biscuits the way they were always meant to be made — in small batches with carefully sourced, quality ingredients you can taste in every bite.
Made with stone-ground flour and real ingredients, each batch carries the warmth of traditional baking. As an established biscuit manufacturer, we supply wholesale and bulk orders to retailers, cafés and convenience stores across the Western Cape and beyond — while still welcoming walk-in customers at our Diep River factory store.
